JadualWaktu.my's Platform facilitates online scheduling of class sessions. You may access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. Please note that these Terms govern your use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, the process through which your users schedule appointments with you.
When using the features of the Platform you are subject to any agreements, policies or guidelines applicable to such features that may be posted from time to time. All such agreements, policies or guidelines, including the Privacy Policy hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms.
You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your use of this Website and the Platform. The subscription period can be month-to-month, yearly and all payments are non-refundable.
Upon expiration of the subscription period, you can choose to extend the Subscription Period to continue using the service. Account with expired Subscription Period may continue to use the service but with access to restricted features only.
You can cancel your account at any time by contacting customer service. Cancellation will be effective immediately. Please note that after you cancel your account, you will not be able to use or access the Platform and you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees that you've paid.
Zephyr Code Studio may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").
At any time and without notice, Zephyr Code Studio reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
Zephyr Code Studio, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Zephyr Code Studio will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Zephyr Code Studio on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Zephyr Code Studio.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
